Policies
NO-SHOW and NO CALL
All Clients have to put a payment card on file with our scheduling system, in order to secure your appointment with a specific beauty professional for a specific day an time.
Clients will be charged 50% of the service charge, if there is a NO-SHOW
Late cancellations
Clients have up until twenty-four (24) hours to change, cancel, or reschedule their appointments, if not you will be charged 30% of the service fee.

That is fine, but there will be an additional charge to remove the lashes.
